HOW A COACH CAN HELP YOU
GET RESULTS FASTER
A coach challenges you to get out of your own way.
We humans have a knack for thinking we’re doing better than we are because we tend to justify our actions (or inactions). This is where your mind plays tricks on you - you say you want one thing, but then your mind makes you do something totally different. It wants to keep you safe in the mindset that's easy for you. This is where a coach can push you outside of your comfort zone so that you can overcome these mental blocks and do whatever it takes to get you to the other side - as long as you're willing to show up and do the work.
A coach challenges you to believe in yourself and your abilities.
One single shift in your beliefs can change your entire life and a coach can help you create these shifts over and over and over again, which compound and become entire belief systems and when you change your belief system you have the power to change your whole world. Whether that's losing weight, your income level, spending smarter, creating healthier relationships at work and at home, and even your productivity and happiness levels.
A coach challenges you to face reality.
We all say how busy we are, yet if you were to truly track your time and what you're choosing to spend your time on, you'd probably see that you're wasting a lot of time each day. The same thing goes with saying how broke you are - if you were to really track how much you're spending on discretionary expenses, you'd probably see places where you could free up dollars to spend on what's more important to your financial success. The problem is most people would rather stay in victim mode and the blame game than own up to the actions they're taking that keep them stuck. This is where a coach can bring awareness to something you either aren't aware of, or are, but don't want to face. What it comes down to is how much you'd rather stay stuck versus how much you'd rather make progress.
A coach saves you time and money.
The most expensive way to learn is through experience because your mistakes will cost you more time and money than if you’d just worked with someone who’s done it all before you. Working with a coach WILL help you cut down on both - helping you achieve success faster than you ever thought possible. Would you rather spend hours and hours scouring Google for tips and tricks, or spend days reading books only to put them down and never put what they say into practice – or would you rather just work with someone who can distill all of the information and download it to you in a way that's tailored for you and your situation and have it all at your fingertips with accountability to taking action built in?
A coach positively reinforces your progress.
Life sucks when all you're doing is just existing. A coach helps you feel like you're not alone in this world and that what you're going through isn't abnormal. It's a godsend to have someone there telling you the impossible IS possible and that they believe in you, giving you the energy you need to make it past the roadblocks and jump the hurdles of life. A coach also helps pick you up when you feel like a failure because sometimes we can be our own worst critics and forget all the good things we've accomplished. You have someone in your corner reminding you of all the good stuff you've done which definitely helps keep you motivated to continue on. How would all that positive reinforcement change your beliefs about what's possible for you?!
I know that together we can get you where
you want to be... your success is inevitable if
you're willing to do the work, both inside and out!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
You've got questions... I've got answers!
Books are an amazing resource for us! Without them we'd all be pretty dumb, and I read a TON of books, so I get that they're valuable.
But let me ask you this:
If you didn't know how to swim, but you read a book about swimming, would you jump in a pool thinking you could swim?
Probably not.
Because reading and doing are two totally different things. Reading helps you learn new concepts, but coaching helps you be accountable to change.
Let's say you pay $20 for a book… your level of commitment to application of the new knowledge probably isn't very high, and in turn, your results won't be as great. You read the book, and then put it on your bookshelf, all the while thinking to yourself that when you have time, you'll take what you read and apply it. But that day never comes because life happens.
The more you invest in something, the more committed you'll be at learning and applying what you learn. People who want true and efficient results pay for a coach who can help them see things they can't see in themselves which will help get them where they want to be faster than searching online for hours and hours, or sifting through books to extract the info they need.
So which would you rather spend - your time, which you can never get back - or money by investing some dollars to save all that time and actually get results? The choice is up to you, but if it were me, and I wanted to CHANGE MY LIFE, I'd invest my money, rather than my time, to get there quicker and easier.
Coaching helps you get to the next level. Your brain has been processing decisions for you the same way your entire life. So if you keep making decisions based on how your brain has worked in the past, you'll continue to experience struggle in the areas of your life you want to improve. What you think is the problem probably isn't, and why you think you can't afford to do something (like hiring a coach) is the exact reason you should.
What matters is that you build a foundation now that will help guide your choices and decisions for years to come. My job is to push you beyond your comfort level so you can tap into your full potential and make lasting changes in both your personal and professional life, to earn what you want, manage what you have, and plan for the future you desire!
It depends. YOU are the controlling factor. My goal is to help you get where you want to be as quickly as possible, but ultimately, you're the one who will decide whether to take fast action on the ideas we put together.
I cannot do the work for you, but I can ensure I will do what I can to help you gain clarity over your daily decisions, create a time management plan, and work with you to get organized and on track.
You're here because you're looking for a results-driven solution to a long-term problem. With coaching you'll receive specific guidance to ensure you reach your goals (like reducing debt) faster than you've been able to do on your own. You've spent the money to get into debt, so why wouldn't you spend some money to learn how to get out of debt faster? Coaching is the best investment you can make in yourself and your financial future.
