INTRO TO FINANCIAL WELLNESS
In this interactive workshop participants take a simple emotional money assessment to gain insights into how they view and use money. They'll also learn tips and techniques for overcoming financial stress and creating greater financial wellbeing. This comprehensive workshop touches on all the basics of financial literacy - from budgeting to dealing with debt, and saving and protecting their self and stuff.

BUDGETING BASICS WORKSHOP
Budgeting is about finding a balance between wants and needs: to prioritize value-based spending that helps participants reach their financial goals. Participants will learn how to spend and save purposefully and mindfully, through budgeting tools and techniques, then create their own budget during the workshop.

DEALING WITH DEBT
This session focuses on teaching participants how to get into the driver's seat with managing and reducing their debt (car loans, student loans, credit cards, mortgages), without asking them to share personal info. We offer tips, strategies, and resources to help participants manage their debt so it doesn't manage them.

MANAGING CREDIT & ONLINE IDENTITY
The more employees know about credit, the more power they have to handle it responsibly. This course focuses on diving deep into why credit is so important, using it wisely, how to build credit without breaking the bank, credit reports and FICO scores, and how to protect their online identity. This class is a great starting point to raise awareness, increase skills and knowledge related to personal finance, and to give employees helpful resources.

ALL ABOUT SAVING & PROTECTING
Good financial habits are built over time. Saving money for a specific goal (new home, car or college), or a future goal (retirement) requires small habits practiced daily. And protecting money is just as important - through the right insurance vehicles and monitoring for identity theft. In this course, participants will learn ways to save more, the types of insurance to have and how to protect their identity.

HOW TO LIVE FRUGALLY WITHOUT LOSING YOUR LUNCH
Living a frugal lifestyle is about mindset, not deprivation! In this class, employees will learn tips and tricks to make living frugally easy and fun and create powerful shifts in their money habits and mindset to build the perfect balance between spending and happiness.

DEALING WITH COLLEGE COSTS
In this class employees will learn how to deal with existing student loans and how to afford and save up for a child’s college education. We will review resources and strategies for paying off student loans, terms to know, timetables and estimates for college planning, and 7 things they may not know about 529 plans and financial student aid.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR MONEY STYLE
Most people have a complicated relationship with money, some of which can be self-defeating and self-destructive and lead to emotional distress, anxiety, and shame. In this class, we will identify the most common money personality traits and "disorders”, understand their root causes, and provide suggestions for how to address them to live a healthier financial life!

MANAGING MONEY WITH & FOR A LOVED ONE
Money is a minefield when it comes to managing it with or for someone else. In this class, employees will learn how to boost financial communications with a significant other, get them on board with mutual financial goals, and deal with differing financial habits. They will also get tips for how to help an aging parent manage their money and protect them against financial missteps such as scams or identity theft.

We are not aligned with any product providers and have a non-solicitous approach. All classes are held virtually, as a 60-minute lunch-n-learn style session and include electronic worksheets and a raffle prize. Classes are $437 per session for up to 100 attendees. Class recordings available upon request for added charge.
