A Bit About Michelle...

 

I'm a former Corporate Wellness Consultant who worked with companies to implement wellness programs for their employees with the goal of helping them learn how to improve their physical, mental and financial wellbeing.

What I know for sure is that when one aspect of wellbeing is missing, the others suffer greatly. And because I was in debt up to my eyeballs at one point, I understand the impact that financial stress can have on our overall health.

I also lost my dad when he was only 43 years old to heart problems related to stress, and I want to help other families avoid experiencing this same kind of preventable loss of a loved one.

This is why I do what I do.
